Rhea Excels for Excellus

Rhea had the opportunity to work with Partners & Napier once again—this time for Excellus. She’s a multi-faceted shooter…and humor is just part of her bag of tricks. Jeff Hopper offered up these kind words about why he chose Rhea for this job:
